Ripoff fraudulent thieves dishonest deceiving

I am a victim of a rip-off fraudulent scam. I would like to see justice happen to these dishonest people who are running a scam promising a large lump sum of money to unknowing and unsuspecting victims. I would like to see a complete refund of $21.95 plus any and all costs I am entitled to. I would like to see these scumbags in jail for the rest of their lives for the crimes they are getting away with.
