I received A letter at my mom's house and also at my house that were exactly the same. Letter was dated 16 Dec 04, Award notification that I won $615,810.00 US dollars. It said to contact my claim agent Fenando Torres foreign operation manager Santa Lucia Security Co. S.A. On telephone 01134-667 249 934. I called and was told to fill out the form that was sent with the letter and fax it to them at 01134-685 361 349. I faxed the form and called him back to see if he received it, He said he did, but he needed to have the Vice president to sign it before he could transfer my winnings. He said that he will call me on the 27th of Dec to let me know what to do. He called me at 0430 in the morning of the 27th and told me to send $1510.00 dollars to their chief Albert Martins. Also a copy of my drivers licence with a picture. I asked him why and he said that it was for a Tax fee since I was not from Spain. I thought about it and decided to check up on their company on the web. Glad I did. I will not send any money to them nor will I fax fax them anything else, It really pissed me off to find out that this was a scam.
