Ripped Off for $299 for a Credit Card that Never came

Central Support and Savings told me for $299, I would receive a credit card with a $10,000 credit limit! This, never happened! All I got was a box of worthyless coupons! I was told to return box for credit, well now they have the box too! I have nothing to show for the $299!!! They won't return money or the box!!
