Misled

I am going to make a long story short.
I filed out some information on a job site in because I was employed and thought I was completing information for a job – not knowing it was for Devry University. Well, I started receiving calls every day – sometimes twice a day trying to convince me that I could get a Bachelor degree in 3 years along with life time career assistance. I thought this will be great, because I was unemployed and needed career assistance.
After the vultures (Devry University) got my entire student loans ($50k), I was then told how to lie so I would be eligible for the Pell Grant.
They are vultures – only interested in the $ and I was misled., How can this be legal? Can anyone please help me? Cinsupra@gmail.com... Please email me.
