Marketing, Guardian Marketing, Capital Vacations rip-off! They tried to pull $59.95 out of my account WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION

This company is a rip off. They took money out off my account without my autheration. I will be closing this account. I can't do this until this matter is cleared. This company needs to be stopped this is against the law and shouldn't be allowed to happen to consumers like us. They tried to take 59.95 out of the account but I had used the money in the account and there wasn't enough money there to cover what they had tried to take out.

I can'nt close the account because the bank said untill the money is taken from my account are the company stops trying to take it out of my account that I can't close this account because it will have pending accounts. Which there should be nothing pending on this account I have never had a nsf until now and that does not make me happy because I will have to pay the 35.00 for this and That Is Not Right!!!
