Ripoff

I was going through my email and came across an add for vip services. It was for a large limit, with no credit required. Its Christmas time, and I am sesperate, so I applied.

By applying, I was under the impression that I would have to confirm before anything else went on. I began to read the terms after i submitted the application. When I saw the fees, I was infuriated, and didn't want anything to do with it.

I waited for the confirmation email to cancel the scam, but I haven't yet received one. When I checked my bank account yesterday, there was a $159.00 fee taken from my account. I wrote down the 800 number that was on my bank statement (the only way that I could get that number) and called. It was busy for half a day, and when I finally got through, no one could help me.

They said there was nothing they could do. I only had enough money in my account for 2 items that were about to withdrawal. Of course, they were taken out right after that, and I got 2 $30 charges. (my bank has been so helpful in all of this, and refunded those charges for me. Thank god)

When I finally got ahold of the manager, he told me that there was a possibility that they would refund $100 to my account if I went to the refund site. I went there, and it says that you have to do that within 72 hours of the time when you applied. 2 of those days were spent having no clue I was involved in this scam.

I know that I will not get one dollar back from this company, and I want every dollar back! This is wrong, and it was an unauthorized deduction. I was totally ripped-off!
