Inc rip-off!

I ordered a free 10-day trial of Nexiderm on November 14, but the product arrived on November 26, more than 10 days after I made the order. The package said that my free trial period expires on November 24! I haven't tested the product yet and my trial period had already expired! As they would be starting to charge me $49.95 every month, I tried to cancel but they wouldn't answer my daily e-mail and their phone was totally inaccessible!

Please let us join together to prevent this company from ripping off and cheating people. They should be kick out of business!
