On 11-01 04 I ordered two DVDs from E. Hartwell productions.
One month and one week, I have not recieved any thing except the run around. They cashed my money order Nov 17th. They won, t answer the Phone, and they won, t returne E mail.
They have no customer relations, and they don, t care about
your concerns. I will never buy from this company any more
and I would advise anyone else not to. I sent them a Email
12-10-04 Demanding my DVDs or my money. It does not take a month to recieve anything.
