This is merely a warning. I have received a bunch of spam e-mails with basically the same come-on. The graphics for Consumer Incentive Promotions match those of EMarket Research Group and others of that ilk, which I have found listed in consumer complaints.
I am filing this entry because the graphics and come-ons match those of reported companies, so I'd bet the same people are behind it.
"If it seems too good to be true, it probably is."
