Ripoff

I submitted the required paperwork & $139 for their start-up fees which explained in the letter it would take 5-7 business days to receive. The paperwork & the money was sent 11/16/04 & here it is 12/5/04 & still no start-up material. And of course, you can't contact them directly to inquire about the status of your order. If there is any consumer organization that is willing to file suit against this rip-off company, please include me!!
