My story begins last year. I had traded in a car to DriveTime, because I needed a bigger. Signed over the title to them and everything. Crossed the "t's" and dotted the "i's".

A year later I got a notice in the mail that I was be sought after for impound charges on a car that I haven't had for a year. DriveTime, never removed the title out of my name. They took possession of the car. Sold it, and never removed the car out of my name. Excuse me? As far as I'm concerned that is an illegal act! Maybe I'm wrong... But my attorney agrees with me.
