FIRST UNION CREDIT Their rip off and scam

I am also a victim of First Union Credit. I want to let everybody know that this company is rip - off and scam. They'll promise to help you build your credit but after they get your money no credit card in return.

I called them 3 or4 times and it sounded like they don't want to talk to me. I also asked for a refund but they told me that there is refund. Watch for this people.
