EZ Link Internet Terminals sold a defective unit, did not return calls, will not refund RIPOFF Miami

I purchased a very expensive EZ Link machine from Pantheon in March of this year. This is the company one sees on TV selling internet terminals, with Ernest Borgnine as the spokesman (formerly Adam West). The machine was purchased under a contract that stated that it was my property, but they would 'locate' it, send a team up to have it installed in about a month tops, and we would essentially be partners, as they needed my machine for advertising/marketing purposes.

I cannot sufficiently detail the pain I have gone through attempting to have it delivered & placed, but suffice to say, it has taken 8 months to get it even out of its box due to uncooperative staff, unreturned phone calls, bad location ideas, and general bad business. When it was opened to be finally installed two and a half weeks ago, literally pulled out of the box for the first time at the site, the workmen (representatives of New Edge Technologies) discovered that it had been damaged in transport and that the machine's motherboard as well as some of its structure was damaged.

I, as well as the workmen they hired to install it have been calling them for two weeks, and I have received no answer, nor even a return phone call. The item was warrantied for a year. Now I have seen reports that the advertising and all of the other services they offer other than the basic internet function of the machine are a complete fraud, but since mine has never worked, I cannot personally vouch for that.

I also understand that many of its officers and representatives are previously officers and employees of two companies which have been forced out of business, Tele King, and Debit Corporation. I do not have proof of this either, but may of the names are the same. But if I were to judge on either based on my horrific experiences over the last eight months attempting to deal with this company, I would have to guess that it is extremely likely.

The bottom line here is after the 8 months of nightmare-like dealings with this shady company, I have a defective machine due to no fault of my own, and they will not return my phone calls. I want my money back and I want people to know that this is how they do business.
