We took our Mazda 626 in near the first of October. We had to bring the car back 4 times for a leaky transmission. It was initially brought in for a slipping transmisssion. The car was not leaking when brought in. It is now smoking and overdrive light is flashing.
We had to take it to a different location, and discovered that a faulty part was put in.

But, as of today, November 29, we have yet to recieve our vehicle back. Corporate was called and there was no remorse or concern. We were told that we would be called to resolve the matter, but no phone call. We have been promised time after time that we would be recieving the car in a couple of days. We have to call to get follow-up. Shouldn't we be called for follow-up?

Mr. Transmission's service is unacceptable, and unremorseful for their faults. I want to be compensated.

Took my transmission out of my vehichle with out consent then put a different transmission back in it when i got it towed
