Ripoff scam artists extraordinaire Fort Worth

I have been the attempted target of a scam perpetuating out of Texas. A company listing a Fort Worth PO Box has sent me a bill for a phone call I never made. This is a scam that has been going on for a long time.

This is the information. Maybe you guys can help stop it?
The company that sent the bill is

But the address on the envelope sent by the company is
PO Box 612608
Dallas, Texas 75261-2608

And the envelope was mailed out of Carrolton, Texas on Nov 2.

I have contacted the FTC, FCC, FBI, USPS, Attorney General of Texas, BB in Fort WOrth and in Dallas, all the local TV and news outlets in and around Dallas.

I received my phone bill and have contacted SBC and USBI about this also.

This started after my wife visited a web site to look up information on the Texas Chainsaw massacre.
