Ripoff When questioned the item I ordered, I was swore at and insulted

When I questioned the item I ordered, I was swore at and insulted by email by some little twerp hiding behind the computer. They don't have a number to call, I guess because they would get too many calls complaining about the treatment received.

I sent the items back by registered mail along with a letter to the owner within the 7 days allowed and even though I got my registered signature back, I never received my refund. They know they got me for $40.00 and ripping people off is what they do. I saved all the rude emails.
