Ripoff, bogus charges

I received this bill from premier premium communications on nov 13 with a due date of nov 21. One week... That's a bunch of crap to start with, and if its late they will charge me 4.95. I emailed them and told them that I did not call these numbers, nor did I read any agreement or ok any charges. They told me it was for "live web cam". I have never went to a live web cam and I never will. This is a pure scam! On top of all of this is the fact that I was not even home at the time! How can these people get away with this. I am contacting the attorney general of Texas and of Maryland, along with my own attorney. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I am angry and mad
