Christopher Morgan Gilcrest owner of Growquest is leasing our land in Fillmore Ca. He has been late and now not paying his rent and we have served him a eviction notice. Refused to leave and has threatened my family. The more bizzar he got, we started to investigate what he's was really all about. I can't believe what I have read and what he has done and is still getting away with crime... Please help get this man & put him away... I can't believe he's in our own backyard.
