Ridge & Holly Total Scam! Selfish, Unprofessional Owner!

This company is a total scam! They try to secretly screw clients out of money with the fine print of the paperwork they have to sign. If you apply for an apartment through them and get denied, you have to find another apartment through them otherwise they keep some of your money as a fee.

They screw over their employees even worse and after they quit (or are fired, the owner refuses to pay what they owe them. She keeps employee bonuses and only pays the ex employee 10% of what she owes them. She also withholds pay throughout employment and till say that your money has been invoiced and you can go months without getting paid anything.

That's just the tip of the iceberg...
