Never Called Never Received

The first red flag was the fact that I had to call in my order since their site wasn't secure. Roman told me two weeks. Ordered on Oct 10, the billed my credit card on the 15th. I still do not have the furniture. They never called me with status, I always had to call them. I told them I was going to cancel and they pleaded. They blamed hurricane Sandy and was a very unprofessional email. I told them it's not the timing it's the customer service I have a problem with.

I should have left it cancelled because since I was having such a horrible experience I was expecting it wasn't going to get any better and if I had any issues it would go unresolved. They said it would be delivered this weekend, Nov 17. No call, no nothing. I have since called them twice and sent them and email with no response. I looked them up on the internet and found this site, plus on yellowpages.com it says they are closed. I sent them another email and told them to cancel the order. I am assuming at this point they never ordered my furniture and just kept the money.
