Don't assume for a second that anything you have will be covered. Total Rip Off

As if it wasn't bad enough that these unscrupulous individuals didn't cover my washing machine repair because the drum had a lifetime warranty, now they tell me that my heating system is not covered because it is a "zoned"system.

That basically means that any system that has more than one thermostat is not covered. Period.

So why bother with these people? I only regret that I didn't find this site previously. My complaints to the Better Business Bureau weren't worth the time either, so be sure to read the user agreement and maybe hire a lawyer to to tell you that the only thing you can be sure of is the premium you will pay them.
