Grand Regency at Spinnaker Resorts This company is a total ripoff. They take your money and never ever contact you, nor do they even try to sell your TIME-SHARE. Do not do business with this company

In December we entered a contract (#176896) with CENTURY 21 RESORT MART REAL ESTATE for them to sell our TIME-SHARE at a cost (paid up front) of $639 dollars. Once they had our money we never heard from them. They would not answer their phones, nor would they return our calls.

I finally got through to them on the phone one time, and I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau, they just said "Do what you gotta do". They don't care. They are not afraid of the BBB. So I went online and filled a complant with the BBB. The BBB went through all the normal procedures over about three months, but Century 21 Resort Mart didn't respond to me or the BBB. So the BBB listed them as a risk. That was about 7 years ago, and they still have not contacted me, nor sold my tiemshare.

Time-shares are a ripoff from start to finish. I advise everyone to never let yourself get involved in purchasing a time-share. If you do you can never get rid of it. You will be stuck paying mantainance fees and dues every year for ever.
