Price bait and switch and at delivery belongings held hostage for more money

Integrity moving systems did a detailed estimate for me where I told him approx. Sizes of all boxes, and exactly what was in the inventory. Sean said that he was "over estimating" so that the estimate would be the price quoted. He warned me that they charged extra for stairs which I called my daughter to check on the info and there was an elevator. He said this would keep them from charging extra. He promised delivery in 5 to 1- days. The night before they changed that to 10 to 14 days. Then when they came for the moving day they said that we had more than expected. A $1000. More than expected! While fighting with the company about this I finally gave in signing the check with "signing under protest of price increase". On arrival in CA the movers wanted $100 more because it was a farther walk from the elevator. Some items were broken and glass shelves for a bakers rack was missing. Oh, did I mentioned they asked for a 15 to 20% tip at the original move site. Also in CA they left without telling us to do another job. When we realized it was taking so long we went to check and they were gone!

This company should not have integrity in its name!!!
