Monro Muffler Brake & Service
So frustrated!

July I took my car to Monro for muffler clamps. They said my exhaust was rusting and needed to be replaced. $950 and my car was making this noise when I accelerated. Called, complained, took car back. They "welded" a small leak (come to find out they never did weld anything!). Several other trips back and several months later, they have special order parts for my car (come to find out it was for someone else's car) and the work that was supposed to take 1 hour took over 5 hours. $500 more dollars wasted on another job botched! My car was worse then before when they first worked on it. I took the car to the dealership and $4700 (YES, 47 hundred!) later, it's fixed. Monro refused liability and their claims department is worse (been waiting a month and NOTHING). I'm seeking help from the Attorney General, the news groups around and any lawyer that is will to assist. I've paid way too much to have their incompetence fixed.
