Fraudulent and Crooks! - terminating the account

My wife was fraudulently charged over $200 on her credit card for services her company would not reimburse her! She missed the cancellation by two days and was charged for a full year! Not one month like some people have posted, but a full year! The credit card company would not interceed and Stamps.com would not respond! She never received any service from Stamps.com. This was several years ago and I am still hot! Stamps.com is a ripoff and should be banned from working with the US Post Office! I would NEVER use their service! They are crooks! They have never responded to our complaints or offered any kind of refund! They are not to be trusted. They have lousy customer service and lousy follow thru!
