Scamming Mortgage Rescue Company wont refund my money

Have requested the American Stantard online refund my money based on the fact that the service they claim to provide is not only false but a ripp off. They claim to be a mortgage rescue organization which provides completed listing of foreclosed or stressed properties. They claim that you can contact the owners directly but dont disclose that this contact is done via form letter by mail. The addresses and names they provided are outdate and incorrect. Subsequently, mail has been returned to me undeliverable or return to sender. I have simply asked for a refund of my money. However they will not return my money instead they want to justify holding my money for 90 days. I didnt have to wait that long for them to extract it from my accound. If I express dissatifaction with a service there should not be hesitiation to satify the customer you serviced. I just want my $199.00 back they havent provided me any useful service.
