As Seen on TV Deceptive Ordering

Saw a product called cafe cup on TV that looked good and made an order. Before I knew it the price of the order jumped from 10.99 shipping to over 75.00 without benefit of reviewing or opportunity to cancel immediately.

I called customer services and was told by telephone worker and "supervisor" that I would have to call monday for a refund of this order. I strongly feel that I was totally ripped off and would never have consented to this product at this price.

I hope that others get warned about this and safe themselves the aggravation.
