These people are bad news. Stay away. Rented a vacation property from them. The rental I got was falsely advertised and significantly different than what I signed up and paid for. Upon arrival, our party quickly discovered that the property was in a dilapidated condition. We had some elderly people and very young children in our party and the condition of this house was not only unsuitable but grossly unsafe.

I immediately went to the Rivers By The Sea rental office in person and explained the situation. They offered no help. We asked to be moved to another property but they had none and even if they did, had said they would need more money from us. Lastly, I asked for a refund and they refused. Owner completely ignored our requests for refund or any compensation. They are crooks. Look it up... TONS of unhappy customers. "rivers by the sea reviews" or "rivers by the sea scam" in google. Amazing they are still in business...
