Cancelling the repair co.in the middel of the job

After almost one year and half the technitian finally figured out what was wrong with the stove top, so they fixed it but they created another problem which they are aware of it and wanted me to call the warranty place to report it (meanwhile they had ordered the parts and ready to come). When i called the warranty they took my called and said they will call me back with the date for the repair tech. To come.

They called me on friday to set up the date for the following monday which i told them i am working and they wanted me to call the repair tech. Company directly to set up the date for the needed repair. All these are happening for two weeks now and i have no stove to cook in my kitchen?! On following monday i called to set up the date they informed me that they have no work order for me?

I called the assurant warranty place and they said that they have put the repair co. On hold until two weeks or so (no one knew how long) and i need to go by the only other co. (bunch idiots that did not know how to report or what appointment time meant or etc... Periviously we had giving the other repair co. A chance to fix the problem too).

So far about twenty people have been to my house and have gone through this one stove top and finaly when we had some one who knew what he was doing they go ahead and cancelle (hold) their agreement with them. Assurant should be ashamed of themselves that is conducting business like this.
