I bought the Diamond Plan about 9 months ago and just last week my refrigerator brokedown and I called the AHP to fix it. The first time I called the called went straight to voicemail. I left a recorded message and a claims rep called me back about an hour later to find out my situation. Jaime the claim agent called a tech near by to come to the house. The appointment was schedule for the next day. The following day, the tech accessed the problem and said the fridge needed a new compressor. They ordered the part needed, and a few days later the fridge was up and running.
