ROTER ROOTER rip-off!

I was experiencing some clogging in my sink, toilet, bathtub etc. I called roto rooter and they sent a man out, they charge per hour, he sat in his van (no exaggeration) for a half hour. He charged me for this, i told him what the problem was and he then asked me where my clean out was. I just had the bathroom remodeled and so i told him it was under my house. He didnt want to go under his exact words were "you won't like me anymore if i get dirty"

I told him, "i will like you a whole lot more if my sink and everything drain." then he came in the house and figured it would be easiest to just snake the toilet. So he does with no luck.in the process he didn't bother putting anything down on my new floor and he put holes in the linoleum. He wasted as much time as he could and did not fix the problem it ended up costing $165 and he didn't do a thing i asked the company about them repairing the damage to the linoleum, they refused. I will never recommend this company. I will pull the toilet off my self before i call roto rooter. Please take my advice and save your money.
