KACW Inc, In Faith LLC and a few others JEP Genesis LLC and aliases they will buy your property for their profit only! You will receive nothing in return, not one red dime!

JEP Genesis, LLC are nothing but crooks, scam artist and frankly the worst kind of people you would never wont to deal with. Our contract was rent to own, as us being the renters, we received 1000$ down payment and was promised $600.00 montly by the 5th of each month. Well we only have received the inital down payment of $1000.00.

They also have taken 6000.00 from the people rented our home, in Keystone Hgts, Fl. They still owe us according to our contract 79k for the buying of our home. They will not contact us by phone, email ect... We have tried several times to contact them with no luck.

Finally we did contact the BBB and now they send out a letter stating that if we do not remove the complaint we will never see our money! They also say a few other things in their letter trying to intimate us into cancelling a true report!

We will not fold for them, we plan on taking this further as I would never wish this to happen to anyone else. They need to be stop!
