Terrible experience

10/14 Orkin inspector came to home. Showed bug which I thought might be bedbug.inspector confirmed & instructed me all clothes in closet must be washed or dry cleaned before treatment. Get mattress covers "but don't buy expensive ones. Go to Walmart or K-Mart, They're all the same" Bedbug treatment: $985 payable at 1st visit ~ Frantically cleaned house/clothes (laundromat $20, dry cleaners $32). Threw out some clothes. Bought mattress covers.

10/19 Tech arrived: "I have no paperwork for you. They just called me - not my area" Gave him bugs I had saved in plastic bag. "Looks like fleas. I'll take them to office to confirm under microscope". Paid $985 by check.

10/20 Manager called. "Tech threw out bug samples, but I told him to get them. It's fleas. Charge is only $450. We'll request $535 refund check from national office. Will take 14-21 days. Still need mattress covers. Don't buy cheap ones - they don't work."

11/29 Still have not received $535 refund check. Manager has not returned calls.
