Ripoff Non-Delivery of entire household! We paid them to steal our belongings

My father paid this company $6980.00 to move he and his wifes entire household from California to Iowa and low and behold it still has not shown up.
They pulled out of California on August 20 and we have yet to hear from them, see them or even talk to anyone. We constantly get put on automatic hold then have to leave a voice mail after holding for 30 minutes. No return calls of course and no reply to many many emails that have been sent to them.
They are lower than scum!!! Do Not let them move you. My father found them via the National Moving Network that is out of Florida and of course you can't a hold of anyone at that company now either.
My father and his wife are both retired and living on dad's social security. This company has left them in their 60's without ANYTHING!!! And no money to replace anything.
