Ripoff... My mother ordered from them, they took her money but did not send merchandise

I am wirting to report that this comapany has ripped off my mother she sent them a check for $13.85 on April 12th and still to this day she has not received any merchandise from this compay that she ordered, if they are not going to send the merchandise they should return her money. This is really rediculious when older people live to order items and then they are let down by companies like this. That is just wrong
