Discrimination, threating, doesn't pay employees

I worked for Bryan Baltz at-All Custom Builders in Northern Prarie, WI for 6 months. Each day of this 6 months he'd frighten myself and another worker who likewise no further works for him. He'd jeopardize us he wasn’t likely to spend us which it had been “training” when he'd get annoyed. He's an incredibly poor mood.

I dont have lots of expertise within the cabinet-making area but he explained he was prepared to educate me. Another worker he employed had many years expertise within the area. He usually stated that we don't go quickly enough and he’s continuously “babysitting” every worker he’s ever endured. We both shifted really fast and attempted to create him pleased but neither people were adequate for him. He'd tell are available in in a particular period after which in the last second phone and state he was active. I'd hold out all day long for him to begin function. There's been many times that I attempt to phone or wording him questioning when we’re likely to begin function and he never calls me back before following day. He's extremely unreliable.

Easily was you, I'd think hard before employed by him or having him develop you something. He's also busy focusing on their own home to obtain the tasks completed in the store. We were focusing on a bedframe which was guaranteed to be achieved within fourteen days. After 8 weeks its still resting within the store not completed. The client stated he no further desired it since it was getting to lengthy and Bryan got angry.in my opinion his is bi polar. I regret actually employed by him.
