I hate this company just as much... Please read and be warned!

I have had enough of this company as well. I have already called about a class action suit with Texas Attourney General Office. Although there have been complaints they told me, there is not enough in Texas to use class action. If you look at the BBB, you will see that they have 32 complaints. Thus far I have filed complaints with both Florida and Texas Attourney General's Office, with the BBB, and personally spoken to the FTC and filed a complaint as well.
The FTC and Attourney General recommended a lawyer.

They have called me 51 times since May 14th, every Saturday and 9pm. I assume they want money... Funny thing - I dont even have an account with them! They dont mail me anything in USPS mail and with the 51 calls they dont address me by my name, since they are robot calls. Why? Because they have no business calling me since Im not a customer!
I used to have Pinnacle Security for 3 years. I ended my contract in April. Thats about the time this company, Devcon, purchased Pinnacle. Devcon has their head up their butts, they dont know what they are doing! Wednesday Devcon signed for a certified letter from me requesting a cease and desist on further harrassing calls. They have called now since 3 days in a row - including today, Saturday!
With certified delivery proof, an Android call blocker that fills each day with their attempts and the complaints filed I am hoping someone with intelligence enough in this company puts an end to it. If not, I am definitely planning on filing a personal lawsuit. I hope that the other individual who filed a report on the 19th is able to pursue litigation - feel free to use this documentation as well.
