The biggest scam artists in New Jersey. He has no license and no insurance to do any contracting work. He is NOT legit. He scams people out of their money and only does half the work promised

Derreck A. Durham is a big time SCAM ARTIST - the FBI is watching him very closely. He claims to be a custom exterior building specialist but in reality he simply talks lies to people only to get their up front deposits and run away from them.

He has numerous addresses and claims to be an experienced builder and carpenter - he is none of those - he has someone with him named Karen Gallagher who is in on his scam too. Be very careful about these two people.

This guy doesn;t even have as business license or insurance!!! He will promise you anything you want to hear about custom building exteriors (decks, additions, siding, roofing, etc) but in reality he's only looking for a cash deposit and them he runs away and dissapears from the person who just gave him the money.

He is going to pay for his sins soon enough as there are numerous filings on him with the FBI. Justice will prevail and we will soon have him off the streets scamming and ripping people off.
