Engine blew up

We bought a John Deere, LA115 riding mower in March At Home Website, to incorporate shipping along with a five-year support strategy. At 41 hrs use, the engine blew up. We'd the operating mower support in the first necessary period from the John Deere support provider and transformed gas and filter (components in the company) between, awaiting the 50-hour support period which never arrived. John Deere claims the driving mover is more than 2 yrs so that they aren't liable. Home Site can't discover the shipping and support agreement info within their documents therefore their company (situated in the Philippines) declined to supply any repairs.
