I phoned and got a moving quote.
I booked the service and from there on the customer service has been tremendously horrible.
I booked and they picked up my property in June from NY.
I paid 1/2 up front $500, plus materials.
They offer FREE packing and you pay for materials.
Well, when they arrived—LATE! I found out that they contracted some anonymous moving company (2 guys and no dolly!) One poor guy appeared to be in high school. They new nothing about my move and thats when I found out that they were not driving my property to CA, but to some storage unit in NJ.
It is now August and I do not have my property.
I have phoned them several times and they either do not answer the phone or they give me excuse after excuse.
They told me that my property was in some storage unit in NJ. So, they moved my property from NY to NJ and im in CA waiting. NOW, their cell phones are disconnected and they NEVER answer their office phone.
They STOLE my property and I cant find them!
