Didn't listen

I have a car that alarms itself when locked. I locked the doors and the lock broke so the car was locked and armed. I called Provo Locksmith and told them this, but they rushed me through and told me they could fix it. The tech that arrived barely spoke English and told me the same thing when I reiterated the problem. He opened the door and the alarm went off. He said it wasn't his fault and left me in a worse situation than before I had called. I was then charged 158 dollars for the whole mess. They are a joke of a company that doesn't care or listen to their customers. I told them this would happen, but they didn't listen. I will never call them or refer them again.
