Satisfied - terminating the account

I had called to cancel my account due to financial reasons, the representative understood what the reasoning was and asked a few questions and offered me a different package at a lower rate each month. Plus she waived this month's fee for me. She was very good and polite and the biggest thing was that she wasn't pushy like some other companies tend to be when you cancel with them. She did a superb job and I will highly recommend stamps.com to everyone I know that needs it.
