Bad Bad Realtor Do not Trust Internet

Well where to start we were selling our house and we knew it would be short sale but we didn't know where to look for a seller. So we just looked on the Internet and sadly found primary capital so we called talked to Boyd over the phone should of new then he said would find some comps and call back he did and he said our house was only worth 350,000$ we told him to come and see it first then make an assesment. He insisted he didn't need to but had to come and sign paper work anyway.

He showed up a day or two later saw my house was very impressed by it said oh we can get a lot for this house. Anyway like I read from some others we signed up they did nothing the first three months except when m wife called and asked what was up Boyd said not much she suggested to have open house and other things to help sell he said don. T worrie he dosent do that stuff. So she was concerned about selling he said well let's lower the price. Long storie short 2 more times she called and all he said lets lower the price.

So finally we get a buyer gives us full price puts a down payment qualifiies so everything looks good down to the end then sewer tie incomes in to sight city wants money need to pay contractor to do the work who, s gonna Pay not Boyd certainly not me I was told would not cost me anything oh no he never said that! You have to pay no I said you pay from your 13,500 commission your getting for doing nothing. No way he'll never do that he dosent work that way ok the buyers Realtor pays for the city permits we find contractor Boyd's vacationing in Florada but gets my email (remember we did all the finding contractor taking care of permit) he writes me we can find other buyer make them Pay for sewer and just drop this buyer. To me that's stupid start all over again. Well it finally went through But the buyers Realtor paid everything from his commission even after Boyd agreed to pay half of the cost. He decided after he agreed he would not pay. I never recomend him for nothing
