Sticky buddy
Sticky buddy tried to charge me extra, but i fixed my order, but still jipped

So sticky buddy online said get 2 for the price of 1. Later in the order they pop up other things to order. The long handle sticky buddy caught my eye so i added it to my order and they said since you get the long handle one, they give free shipping. I then got a print off of my order saying i had made several orders of it all. Originally it was ten dollars for the sticky buddy and compact one get another set included free, and get the ten dollar long handled and free shipping. Order should have been twenty bucks. So after they charged me around fifty, i called them and got looped around. I finally got the number of multiple advertisements hotline where pressing for sticky buddy just took you to a machine saying the number is high call volume, but the number doesnt work to get you to talk to anyone. But if you dont press 2 for sticky buddy, and wait and listen to all other options, you eventually get the operator. I talked to the operator who changed my order for me, and explained that i would receive one set and a long handle for the twenty bucks i am trying to pay. But if i wanted the other set it was an additional ten bucks, and shipping. After explaining to her that i thought you get a free set for ten and free shipping for getting the long handle, she told me that it was an additional ten bucks, like a drone there was no way of getting across to her. So finally i said whatever, i just want to pay twenty bucks and get a set and a long handle, that is all, she said ok. And gave me my confirmation that was a little over twenty. Something about assessment fee. Next time, im going to wait for products like this in a store with the advertisement label or "as seen on tv" because then i get what i want and paid for. The other day at ross, i got a shaver that was tv advertised for less and it works great.
