Horrible customer service - website hosting

Your customer service cant help me with a simple thing i need for hosting with you. Ive spent hours on hold with you guys, been hung up on many times, passed around like a hot potato, etc. I wish there was more I could do to tell as many people as possible about how terrible my experience has been with your company!
