We desired to develop a new house and chosen Shoopman Houses as our contractor. Your agent posted an offer, that was approved written down. Your next thing was to signal the purchase contract, that was authorized by us and from the vendor's delegate (salesman). We were informed we'd be approached in per week to plan a scheduled appointment in the design centre. We waited three months and named the Revenue Associate, who mentioned she did not understand what the endure was along with a person in the style heart might contact us quickly. However nothing. Lastly, after 6 months, our agent approached the Revenue Associate who informed us John had "transformed his brain." He no further desired to develop our house. Though we've a recognized present written down, they approved our ernest cash, since John (operator) didn't signal the purchase contract herself, he seems he's the best to not follow-through. He put us along for nearly 2 months (which we're able to have invested with another contractor) after which "transformed his brain." He's shady, has TERRIBLE revenue methods, and can not be respected. Section of me is happy he supported out since out or our CONTRACT since I'dnot trust him to construct a house my loved ones would be secure in. Oh, and that I have anything written down.
