Not sticking to a business deal.., changing there minds

I rented furniture from reality furniture during the Easter season. They had a special that you choose a egg and get a discount. We chose one that had either a extra mth to. Pay off the furniture or 185off. We chose the 185off. We recieved our furniture a wk later, and prior to delivery we made a 200 payment. We had the futniture for 3wks. And the cushions started to sink in. I returned to reality furniture to see what they could do. Hey explained that they didn't have any friends say it like the ones I had, and id have to choose other furniture. So I did, and they were cheaper, and when I went to. Make my second payment they said. I owe more than what the agreement was and that they werent honoring the agreement with the discount. I explained I didnt want other furniture, I had to chose different set. And. On. Top of it im 8mths pregnant and this is. Alot to deal wwith.

Now ontop of not honoring the discount that I have paperwork prooving, it has a signiture on it, they only want to give me 20dollars off furniture I didnt really want. And when I mentioned court, they threatened me with felony charges. Ive paid 440dollars in two mth time already. This is completly not satisfying service. And im not smiling, like there advertisment says id leave with. Im not sure how this will turn out but its really horrible how they take advantage of people. And there looking for more money from people who really are struggling already. I hope this helps someone else to. Not deal with a company that is showing they care about nothing except. Money. Not quality care and good customer service. I wont ever deal with them again, and hopefully I can have this settled before I have my baby. Cant not have furniture, nor can I pay extra for something I didnt budget for.
