Purchased a brand new house from Regular Pacific Properties in December. House was not comfinished at final, but they stated all of the correct issues and we felt relaxed they'd look after anything. Four weeks later, we are still coping with them. Because we've shut, weare clearly not really a concern. No issues that never let us to reside in your home. But, if we'd not shut, in my opinion they'd have now been completed within days. But, today they are getting weeks. Do not trust them to complete the things they state once they have your cash. We discovered a large lesson here.
