United Inc. A Company listed rental properties on Craigslist for rentals in El Paso, Texas. Never gave refund

We went on Craigslist.org looking for residential rental properties in El Paso, Tx and when we found one it was listed with United Relocation as their name. We contacted them, signed a contract and sent in a Security Deposit of $350.00 on December 30th. They responded one time with the listings we requested. The Contract states IF the client is not satisfied with the listings they may request new ones which we did. We never received a response through email nor telephone. We have made several attempts to contact the Realty Company to no avail. The Contract also states after 90 days if the client is not placed in a location we would get a full refund of the Security Deposit. As of April 14th we have heard nothing.
