Custom Money Pit

Mark Ventura likes to advertise by word of mouth, so here it is. Do not contract with this company! My 13 yr. Old Bridge Creek custom home has, in my opinion accumulated $40,000.00 in repairs since new, due to faulty materials and improper building practices.

In my opinion, the only thing "custom" about my house was the way Mark manipulated the contract to add to his already generous profit by delivering scabbed out building materials, seconds, discontinued, no warranty items. Some affected items under warranty are void due to improper installation.

*Windows/doors Damaged, racked, discontinued, no warranty. Steel interior door rusting.
*Crumbling stone and mortar Improper installation/30 yr. Warranty void.
*Siding Defective/discontinued.
*RoofingDamaged shingles and roof vents.
*StaircaseCollapsed (11 out of approx. 30 nails hit the studs)
*SepticLine leading outside foundation broken.
*UpgradesInterior trim and cabinet upgrades incomplete. Damaged cabinets installed, making them nonreturnable.
*Scabbed materialsIn my presence, "Mr. Haney"dropped off a truckload of 2x4's complete with predrilled holes, romex staples stuck in the studs and another job address on one stud.

The list goes on. We only saw Mark when he wanted a bank draw signed. When we had a complaint, he would threaten to walk off the job and start another project. Mark gets cocky after you have signed the contract, admits no culpability, returned no calls, and always blamed the manufacturers for everything.
